About the Role

Mayroad is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician Generalist to support the day-to-day maintenance and repair of residential homes within our military housing community. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality service to residents while ensuring the overall condition, safety, and functionality of the property.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform general maintenance and repairs including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances
  • Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections
  • Prepare homes for new residents (make-ready/turns)
  • Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
  • Maintain accurate service records and work orders
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of maintenance experience in residential, multifamily, or related field
  • Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
  • EPA certification (preferred)
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Reliable transportation
