Job Description

This position will work to review the more complicated components of work in Accounts Payable Shared Services. The incumbent addresses inquiry from all modules within finance, including purchase orders, non-po, T&E, supplier creation & modification as well as secondary tasks APSS is responsible for. Position will processes approvals of daily transactions as needed. Must have extensive knowledge of all the transactional areas. Incumbent will work to grant security and assist with other specialized projects as assigned.

Shift

M-F 8AM-5PM

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $22.00 - $25.00 hourly

Grade: GGS 008
