Continuation past the termlengthdiscussed willbebasedonuniversityneed,performance,and/oravailabilityoffunding.POSITION SPECIFICS This Postdoctoral appointment supports an ongoing international research program on the rural invasion and control of Aedes aegypti mosquitoes and dengue virus in the Peruvian Amazon. The position is designed to combine data analysis of past and current field studies with periodic incountry field engagement. The Postdoctoral Scholar will collaborate closely with the PI and research partners to manage field activities, analyze data, and communicate findings through peerreviewed publications and academic presentations. Applicants are required to have a Ph.D. or equivalent doctorate in entomology, biology, public health, epidemiology, or other relevant fields and be able to provide evidence that all requirements have been met for completion of the Ph.D. prior to the effective date of hire.
