You will lead the Laboratory's acquisition services, driving everything from acquisition planning to the award and administration of costtype and fixedprice agreements for commercial and non-commercial fabrication, construction, supplies and services of all values. You will also play a key role in advancing key business functions, including technology transfer, the Purchase Card program, eCommerce systems, the Small Business Program, and the development of a category management program. In this leadership role, you will set direction for the Procurement team and the broader Laboratory, guiding strategy, operations, and daytoday execution. You will prioritize competing needs and determine the right level of response to both routine and highly complex procurement challenges. Throughout, you will ensure all procurement actions are executed with excellence and in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, company policies, and the DOE Prime Management and Operating (M&O) Contract.
