Anakim Consulting Inc. is hiring a senior-level Systems Engineer to support IBM TRIRIGA Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) and IBM Maximo Real Estate and Facilities (MREF) environments. Qualified candidates will have expertise and hands-on experience supporting TRIRIGA and MREF, preferably in a NASA environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Work as part of a collaborative team providing sustainment, system configuration, data validation, workflow support, and end-user assistance for TRIRIGA and MREF environments for a migration effort within Maximo Application Suite (MAS).
• Ensure operational continuity, system performance stability, and consistent user support during dual-environment operations and after full MREF deployment.
• Provide full sustainment, configuration management, issue resolution, and operational support through migration completion, production cutover, and acceptance of MREF in the customer's MAS environment.
• Support parallel operations between environments during migration and transition phases.
• Maintain stable system performance and service levels without disruption during the migration lifecycle.
• Monitor system performance and escalate infrastructure or integration issues that arise during dual-environment operations.
• Validate the accuracy and completeness of standard and custom reports following migration activities.
• Provide daily application administration for MREF operational requirements, including Construction of Facilities (CoF), Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) data, and other customer mission needs.
• Perform system configuration, workflow updates, role-based access management, and implementation of approved enhancements.
• Provide ongoing system sustainment, issue resolution, configuration management, and Operations and Maintenance support across TRIRIGA and MAS environments.
• Support migration-related configuration activities, under architectural direction, including data validation and system alignment.
• Support tracking for software license utilization.
• Assist with documenting updates, renewals, and procurement requirements.
• Test system changes and support patching, upgrades, and new feature deployments across development, test, staging, and production environments.
• Maintain and update reporting capabilities to meet evolving operational, analytical, and compliance requirements.
• Develop and update training materials and conduct user training sessions for system updates.
• Document system configurations, operating procedures, workflows, work instructions, and technical processes for continuity and audit readiness.
• Provide technical assistance to end users regarding application functionality, workflows, and data interactions.
• Support troubleshooting for application and server interactions, database functions, and integration layer operations.
• Validate successful execution of server patching, upgrades, and maintenance activities impacting application performance.
• Support on-site work schedule, if requested.
• Other duties, as assigned.

Basic Qualifications:

• U.S. citizenship (no dual citizenship)
• Ability to obtain security access (Public Trust level)
• Reside within a 50 miles radius of a NASA facility
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or related discipline
  
  
  
  • Equivalent years of related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
  
  
  
  
• 8+ years of related experience with systems engineering or enterprise application support experience with TRIRIGA, MREF, or Maximo MAS
• Proficiency and hands-on experience administering TRIRIGA, MREF or Maximo MAS for configuration, workflow management, and troubleshooting
• Experience supporting multi-environment operations across development, test, staging, and production architecture
• Expertise diagnosing application, database, and integration layer issues
• Ability to validate data integrity, perform quality checks, and support reporting enhancements
• Experience supporting upgrades, patches, and changes for deployments in enterprise environments
• Experience developing and maintaining system documentation
• Demonstrated ability to support end users and collaborate with technical teams
• High attention to detail and commitment to operational reliability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience supporting NASA CoF and FCA facilities operations and organizational workflows
• Experience with full migrations from IBM MAS MREF or TRIRIGA to MREF
• Experience with reporting using one or more tools and technologies such as SQL, Cognos, BIRT, PowerBI, and ETL processes
• Prior experience supporting large-scale federal facilities, asset management, or real estate management programs
• Knowledge of federal cybersecurity, compliance, and IT governance standards NIST, FISMA
