Summary
Sr. Product Manager, IT - SAP SD / OTC
As the Sr. Product Manager, IT - SAP SD / OrdertoCash (OTC), you will be responsible for driving the execution and delivery of SAPenabled IT products and solutions, with a strong focus on backlog ownership, daytoday delivery, and close partnership with engineering, SAP vendors, and business stakeholders. This role is highly executionoriented and requires handson involvement in defining requirements, managing priorities, and ensuring consistent delivery across SAP SD / OTC capabilities.
This is a critical replacement role with immediate business impact, requiring minimal ramp time and a strong ability to operate in fastmoving, deliveryfocused environments.

Responsibilities
- Own and manage the product backlog for SAP SD / OTC capabilities, including prioritization, grooming, and delivery
- Write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria aligned to SAP SD / OrdertoCash processes
- Lead and participate in Agile and Scrum ceremonies
- Partner closely with engineering teams, SAP functional teams, and external SAP vendors
- Translate business and user needs into executable SAP functional and technical requirements
- Facilitate stakeholder communication across IT, SAP partners, and business users
- Perform handson testing and validation, including UAT support for SAP SD / OTC enhancements
- Support release management and ongoing continuous improvement initiatives
- Act as the primary bridge between SAP technical teams and business stakeholders
- Drive delivery rigor, ensuring clean backlogs, clear requirements, and ontime execution
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of Product Manager experience or comparable productadjacent IT experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Expertise: Advanced knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (SD) and Settlement Management.
- Experience: Bachelor's or master's degree with at least 7 years of specialized SAP SD IT experience.
- Project History: Proven track record with a minimum of two full-scale, end-to-end SAP implementation lifecycles.
- Technical Proficiency: Extensive experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and SAP configuration design. Skilled in developing functional specifications for RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows).
- 5 years of SAP S/4 Hana Settlement Management experience - (Required)
- 5 years of SAP S/4 Sales & Distribution (Order to Cash) - (Required)
- Strong experience with Jira or Azure DevOps
- Deep understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Experience supporting retail execution or comparable business domains
- Strong SAP functional fluency, enabling effective collaboration with engineers, functional analysts, and vendors
- Proven ability to execute with detail, discipline, and accountability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Experience supporting vendorintegrated SAP solutions
- Exposure to AI tools or AIrelated certifications
- Background working within a formal Product Management discipline
- Experience in retail technology, CPG technology, field operations platforms, or enterprise SaaS

Responsibilities
- IT Product Strategy: Define and communicate a comprehensive IT product strategy that aligns with the organization's overall business strategy. Develop and maintain a product roadmap that outlines key initiatives and enhancements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, security, and business units, to ensure successful product development and delivery. Foster strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT product management. Use market insights to inform product decisions and stay ahead of competitors.
- Product Development: Lead the product development process, defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Work with engineering teams to prioritize and execute product enhancements.
- Product Launch: Plan and execute product launches, including developing go-to-market strategies, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product introductions.
- Product Metrics: Define and track key performance metrics for IT products, such as system uptime, reliability, performance, and user satisfaction. Use data-driven insights to drive product improvements.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage the IT product budget, including resource allocation, cost control, and financial forecasting.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with IT product development and deployment.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate the IT product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and buy-in from all relevant teams.
Supervisory Responsibilities Direct Reports Hires, retains, trains, coaches, guides, directs, and develops direct reports using company-wide processes, tools, and resources. Indirect Reports May delegate work to others and provide guidance, direction, and mentoring to indirect reports. Travel Travel and Driving are not essential duties or functions of this job. Minimum Qualifications Education Level: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Field of Study: Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent job-related experience. PMI Certification is desired but not required. Experience Requirements: 8+ years of experience in project management of varied complexities and scope. Environmental & Physical Requirements Office / Sedentary Requirements: Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer, and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
