The Role: The Executive Director, Creative Strategy and Advertising is responsible for leading Providence's enterprise creative vision, brand strategy, and marketing execution across marketing, brand, and growth initiatives. This role oversees the development of integrated creative solutions that support brand storytelling, patient and caregiver engagement, lifecycle marketing, and enterprise growth priorities. Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, the Executive Director leads and develops a highperforming brand and creative organization responsible for delivering compelling, datainformed marketing and creative across all channels, including brand campaigns, digital marketing, CRM programs, direct mail, email, print communications, and emerging engagement platforms. The Executive Director ensures Providence's brand expression is consistent, differentiated, and trusted while enabling marketing teams to execute impactful programs at scale. This leader partners closely with marketing strategy, digital experience, CRM, analytics, and serviceline leaders to translate enterprise priorities into meaningful brand and marketing experiences that drive measurable engagement and growth. In addition, this role leads the modernization of Providence's brand and creative capabilities through the adoption of AIenabled creative tools, scalable production workflows, and innovative content systems that increase efficiency, speedtomarket, and quality across the enterprise. The full pay range is listed in accordance with applicable law. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, organizational compensation alignment, and the approved hiring department budget for the position. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation and benefits. Further, we want our leaders to live in or near the communities we serve. Therefore, leaders applying for this role will be required to work a hybrid schedule, which consists of three days onsite, two days remote and live within a reasonable commuting distance to the ministry or service area they support and lead.
