Add to Favorite Jobs Email this Job The Department of Emergency Medicine at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine seeks a full-time non-tenure-eligible Clinician-Educator at the rank of Assistant Professor, Instructor. The department is currently composed of over 40 full-time faculty members with interests in medical education, health services and research. The existing faculty program has distinctive strengths in communication, safety and operational sciences, geriatric emergency medicine and undergraduate and graduate medical education. We are ideally seeking candidates from a four-year Residency and Fellowship with skills in the following: health services and/or out of hospital care, EMS leadership and Clinical research. Success in obtaining grant funding is a distinct advantage. Candidates must be ABEM certified or board eligible. The start date is negotiable and the position will remain open until filled. The expected base pay range for this position is $302,640 - $361,327 Northwestern University has provided a pay range representing its good faith estimate of what the university expects to pay for the position. The pay offered to the selected candidate will be determined based on factors including (but not limited to) the experience and qualifications of the selected candidate including years since terminal degree, training, and field or discipline; departmental budget availability; internal comparators; and external market pay for comparable jobs.
