Job Title: Implementation Services Analyst Location: Tampa, FL (Remote) Duration: 06 Months Description: Additional Details: Data needed for pension adminstrative Fast Past Environment New clients - analyze pension plan documents Analysis of discovery Take existing client and move them to another platform Working internally with delivery team 5 individuals reporting to Davida Pension Adminstrative services Soft Skill requirements (team fit/personality requirements): What has been done in the past and leaverage for the future Independent Worker Time Management Skills Someone who is not afraid to ask questions - digging to understand what the need is Pension administration experience (not call center and not actuarial) - ideally, they have completed manual pension calculations, processed returned election forms for setting up payments, and loaded pension data into a system. Implementation experience - understands how to write good requirements for a system programmer, knows how to start with the deliverable and back up to make sure the steps align with the end-goal in mind Testing experience - knows how to test a system/application using standard testing principles - creating a test plan from scratch based on requirements, include all break-points, and mining data for test cases and creating test cases for scenarios not in the data. Project Manager experience for System Migration projects Good verbal communication, asks effective questions, picks up things quickly
