JOB SUMMARY: Supportsday to day HR systemprocessesfor an internationalemployee population.Supportsself-service employeeonboarding, executesemployee lifecycle transactions,maintainsdataand system securityaccording to teamstandardsand regulatoryrequirements,andprovidesfirst level system support. This is a full-time position that can be performed entirely remotely. What you will do: EmployeeLifecycleAdministration:
- Process employee lifecycle transactions in Dayforcefor employees across multiple countries,including hires, job and compensation changes, organizational and manager updates, leaves of absence, and terminations.
- Execute administrative processes to support accurate payroll, reporting, and downstream systems, ensuring completion in accordance with country-specific policies, established controls and timelines, payroll calendars, downstream system requirements, and team standards.
- Monitor and review self service employee changesinitiatedby managers or administrators viasystem workflows, ensuring data updates are routed, reviewed, and completed accurately and consistently.
EmployeeOnboarding:
- Ownthe technical execution of onboarding processeswithin Dayforce and connected systems, ensuringHRsystem tasksanddata entries are completed accurately and on timebyincoming employees, managers, andinvolvedteamswhile accounting for country specific requirements andrelateddownstream dependencies.
- Act as the primary coordination point for onboarding related system activities, managing handoffs betweenTalent Acquisition, HRTechnology, Payroll, and IT to ensure seamless system readiness.
- Proactivelymonitoronboarding transactions,identifyingissuesand drivingcorrective actions.
- Analyzeinefficiencies and gaps,contributingrecommendations to improve data quality, efficiency, and the overallemployeeonboardingexperience.
HR System Support:
- Serve as the first point of contact forHRsystem requests,supporting a global workforce,includingtriaging, resolving, or routing inquiries while considering country specific data structures, processes, and support timelines.
- Review, categorize, and route incomingtickets to theappropriate teammember(s).
- Resolve routine system and data issues independently; escalate more complex configuration or technical issues asappropriate.
- Identifyrecurring issues and trends, providing input on opportunities to reduce manual effortandimproveefficiency.
Employee Data Management:
- Perform employee data maintenance and corrections for a global employee population, including historical updates required to support country specific payroll, reporting, compliance, and analytics needs.
- Execute regular and ad hoc dataaudits and correctionsto ensure data integrity across regions and downstream systems.
- Performroutine data imports to support ongoingdataintegration and operational continuity acrosscompanysystems.
- Support mass data updates, data clean up efforts,integration validations,and reconciliation activities.
SystemConfiguration:
- Maintain basic configuration elements (lists, values, fields, workflows) under guidance from senior team members.
- Assistwith testing during system updates, patches, and new feature releases.
SystemSecurity:
- Assistwith rolebased access provisioning and periodic access reviews.
- Support security, access, and data privacy requirements for a global workforce, includingassistancewith rolebased access controls, regional data access restrictions, and compliance with applicable local and international data protection standards.
- Helpmaintainsecurity-relateddocumentationrequiredforreference,audits, controls, and compliance reviews.
ProcessDocumentation:
- Develop andmaintainclear, role specific process documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
AdditionalResponsibilities:
- Adhere toestablishedteam standards whileidentifyingopportunities for improved accuracy, efficiency, and standardization.
- Assistwithadditionaldutiesasassigned.
What you will bring: REQUIRED EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 1 year ofhands-onexperienceworking inenterpriseHR information systems, performingoperationalandtechnicalsystem tasksrequired.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Working knowledge of enterprise HR systems and user workflows
- Foundational understanding of data concepts (tables, fields, relationships)
- Ability to executebasic data tasks (bulk imports using templates)
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Solution oriented mindset with solid problem solving skills
- Openness to feedback and continuous learning
- Strong communicationand collaboration skills acrossbusinessfunctions and cultures
PREFERRED EDUCATION:
- Bachelor'sdegreein a related fieldpreferred.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- 3 years of hands on experience working in international Dayforce environments from an operational and technical perspectivepreferred.
- Experience working onglobalacquisitioncompanyintegrationspreferred.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Working knowledge ofSQL
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Understanding of system configurations, workflows, and business rules within Dayforce
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS& WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Consistent with those found in a typical office environment,to includeprolonged screen time.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
- Occasional travelmay berequired.
