Description and Requirements

Role Overview

Lenovo's Sports Vertical is seeking an AI Developer to design, build, and deploy NVIDIA-accelerated AI solutions for intelligent venue environments. This role focuses on hands-on development of real-time computer vision systems, GPU-optimized inference pipelines, digital twin integrations, and generative AI applications supporting command centers and immersive fan experiences.

The ideal candidate has strong experience working with NVIDIA AI frameworks and production-grade AI deployments in high-performance environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy computer vision models for real-time video analytics use cases

  • Build GPU-optimized inference pipelines using NVIDIA DeepStream and TensorRT

  • Implement and customize NVIDIA Blueprints into production workflows

  • Integrate NVIDIA Video Search and Summarization (VSS) capabilities into AI platforms

  • Optimize AI models for performance on NVIDIA GPUs using CUDA acceleration

  • Support digital twin and simulation workflows leveraging NVIDIA Omniverse

  • Implement real-time avatar and digital human pipelines using NVIDIA ACE and related technologies

  • Develop multimodal AI systems combining vision, speech, and generative AI

  • Deploy AI workloads to edge infrastructure and integrate with operational dashboards

  • Ensure low-latency, high-availability performance in live operational environments

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or related field

  • 8+ years of AI/ML development experience

  • Strong Python programming expertise

  • Hands-on experience with:

  • PyTorch or TensorFlow

  • NVIDIA CUDA

  • NVIDIA DeepStream

  • TensorRT

  • NVIDIA Blueprints

  • Experience building real-time video stream processing pipelines

  • Experience deploying AI workloads in containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)

  • Strong understanding of GPU performance optimization

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with NVIDIA AI Enterprise

  • Experience with NVIDIA Video Search and Summarization (VSS)

  • Experience with NVIDIA Omniverse

  • Experience with NVIDIA ACE (Avatar Cloud Engine)

  • Experience developing multimodal or generative AI applications

  • Experience in sports venues, smart infrastructure, or real-time operational environments

The base salary range budgeted for this position is $125,000 to $147,000. Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions. Lenovo's various benefits can be found at www.lenovobenefits.com.
