The Assistant Facility Coordinator is responsible for assuring high standards of customer service, cleanliness, unwavering optimism and professionalism at all times, including timely response to and resolution of any client's requests or concerns.

Primary Functions
* Partners with the onsite client EA (Executive Assistant) to maintain the space.
* Responsible for stocking work rooms with all necessary supplies. Includes break rooms as well.
* Responsible for coordinating monthly meetings with all critical vendors (i.e. janitorial, coffee, etc.)
* Monitors overall appearance of the facility and coordinates with the landlord for maintenance items related to the space.
* Assists with internal facility moves, including coordinating movers, network implementation, and other internal / external support teams. Updates move/space coordinators to ensure accuracy.
* Reviews and track work orders and other service requests in Angus.
* Codes and inputs invoices into Nexus for Senior Facility Manager to approve for payment.
* Assists with onboarding and access management processes for vendors and service providers.
* Coordinates with the Property Manager to ensure that all suites are properly maintained.
* Develops cleaning & preventative maintenance schedules for critical equipment, including units in in the cafe
* Conducts daily inspections of conference rooms to ensure they are properly set prior to meetings.
* Conducts daily inspections of all suites, utilizing Angus to document deficiencies.
* Inspects and verifies that evening cleaning crew are meeting cleanliness standards.
* Participates in monthly facility and financial reviews.
* Conducts monthly facilities meetings with management to review issues and receive feedback.
* Serves on the Emergency Response Preparedness Team.
* Orders supplies necessary for maintenance of the facility.
Requirements
* High school diploma/GED equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
* 5+ years of real estate property /facility management or related experience, or any similar combination of education and experience.
* Proficiency with Google Suite.
* Strong organizational skills; detail oriented.
* Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work well with others, give and take direction, and to interface with decision makers in a professional manner while maintaining confidential information.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Proven record of excellent internal and external customer service.
* Ability to handle a variety of work with minimal direction and supervision.
* A strong team player, service-oriented attitude, and unwavering positive outlook.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Salary Compensation: $21.00/hr.

Competitive compensation and benefits including, but not limited to, a full range of health care benefits, paid time off, and 401K, are available.
