Exceptional work-life balance Flexible schedule between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM across a 7-day work week No on-call, weekends, or holidays required Live anywhere in Washington Approximately 85% travel throughout the state with all travel expenses covered Competitive compensation package with base salary plus incentive opportunities About the Role As a HouseCalls Advanced Practice Clinician (NP or PA), you'll perform annual in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage and other health plan members. This is a non-prescribing, field-based role focused on preventive care, patient education, closing care gaps, and helping members access the resources they need to improve their health. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive in-home health assessments Review medical history, medications, vital signs, and perform physical exams Identify care gaps and communicate findings to PCPs Educate patients on health conditions and treatment plans Address social determinants of health and connect members with community resources Recognize urgent health concerns and facilitate appropriate follow-up care Qualifications NP: Active AANP or ANCC certification PA: Active NCCPA certification Active, unrestricted licensure (or ability to obtain) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to travel extensively throughout Washington Preferred 1+ year of clinical experience Experience with geriatric, primary care, home health, or Medicare populations Strong communication and technology skills Ideal for clinicians seeking autonomy, meaningful patient interactions, statewide travel, and a predictable schedule without call, weekends, or holiday commitments. Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $109,500 - $164,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
