Customer Service Representative - Manufacturing Experience Level: Entry Level Industry: Manufacturing / Distribution Work Type: On-site Position Overview We support a manufacturing client that is looking for a Customer Service Representative to support customer inquiries, order processing, and data accuracy. This role works closely with customers and internal teams to ensure timely communication regarding products, orders, shipments, and issue resolution. Responsibilities * Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding products, orders, pricing, availability, ETAs, and shipments * Enter, update, and maintain customer orders and account information * Resolve order- and product-related issues by identifying concerns and coordinating solutions * Process customer adjustments and support accurate financial records * Navigate ERP systems and internal portals to provide accurate information * Run and review basic reports to support customer inquiries * Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction * Partner with internal teams such as operations, shipping, and manufacturing Required Skills * Customer service experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment * Order entry and data entry experience * Inbound call or customer support experience * Basic to intermediate Excel skills (running and navigating simple reports) * Experience using Outlook and Microsoft Teams * ERP system experience preferred; SAGE 100 is a plus Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Valencia, CA.
