Job DescriptionThe Signature Events Lead is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of Signature Events within an assigned region. Assigned Region: Williamson County, Austin, New Braunfels, Central Texas, Offsite Event Locations Statewide.*This position requires extensive travel across the state* Signature Events are high-visibility external and internal engagements that elevate TSTC's presence, strengthen relationships with students, community members, industry partners, and elected officials, and reinforce institutional priorities. The Signature Events Lead manages regional event budgets for Signature Events, develops and implements an external space rental strategy with revenue goals, and identifies sponsorship opportunities in collaboration with Industry Relations and the TSTC Foundation. Serving as a regional brand ambassador, this role ensures all events uphold TSTC's brand standards and deliver memorable, mission-aligned experiences. The mid-point salary range for an experience candidate meeting all requirements is anticipated to be $53-54k annually. Preferred Qualifications Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree, except in cases where a specific degree is required to meet accreditation standards, licensure requirements, or other legislative or regulatory obligations. This includes, but is not limited to, certain faculty positions and staff roles governed by state or federal educational mandates.
