Description & Requirements The Genomics Platform is dedicated to solving the world's most challenging biomedical problems through the continuous development and investment in cutting edge technology and large-scale research projects that are both challenging and complex. The platform utilizes a sizable fleet of automated instrumentation with integrated LIMS messaging to meet the demands of diagnostic testing and genomic sequencing. We are seeking a Bioautomation Engineer I to help maintain the genomics platform's extensive automation portfolio. In this role the candidate will initiate, lead, and carry out projects with limited supervision. This candidate will have the experience and skills to work independently to complete assigned tasks in support of the genomics platform goals. This candidate will interact with vendors to troubleshoot and improve lab and non-lab related instruments and optimize existing workflows for improved throughput on all automation systems.

The expected base pay range for this position as listed above is based on a 40 hour per week schedule. Broad provides pay ranges representing its reasonable and good faith estimate of what the organization reasonably expects to pay for a position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, qualifications, and other factors permissible by law.
