Job Description We're a busy manufacturing company looking for energetic college students to support our engineering and production teams this summer. If you're curious about how a business runs, how things are designed, built, improved, and shipped every day, this is your chance to jump in and help keep the whole operation running smoothly. What You'll Actually Do (Real Support, Real Impact): Help our engineers and technicians improve manufacturing processes and reduce waste Support daily production by troubleshooting issues and testing solutions Assist with quality checks, data collection, and making things run more efficiently Work on prototypes, tooling, and equipment setups alongside experienced team members Pitch in on projects involving CAD, automation, maintenance, and continuous improvement Collaborate with different departments - from the factory floor to planning and engineering and other supporting departments.
