To support our continued growth, we're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at our Long Beach headquarters and play a critical role in shaping the future of our workforce. In this role, you'll own full lifecycle recruiting across a diverse portfolio of positions, with a strong emphasis on proactive sourcing for hard-to-fill engineering roles. You'll be a trusted partner to hiring leaders-bringing market insights, creative recruiting strategies, and a consultative mindset-while delivering an elite candidate experience from first outreach through offer. In this role, you will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager and enjoy the flexible option of a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of two days per week in our Long Beach office How you can make an impact * Own and drive full cycle technical recruiting across engineering and science practice areas, and also own a mix of other requisitions, including corporate and field services. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in a related field required. Pay Range USD $85,000.00 - USD $110,000.00 /Yr.
