Business Transactions Associate - Minneapolis (5-7 years)

Lathrop GPM is actively seeking an associate with 5 - 7 years of general corporate experience to join our growing Business Transactions practice group in our Minneapolis office.

This position offers continued professional development and support of personal practice growth through client development initiatives. Candidates should have an active Minnesota law license and be in good standing, strong academic credentials, exceptional analytical and writing abilities, outstanding interpersonal skills and a strong interest in corporate law including mergers and acquisitions and securities.

The current anticipated salary range is $200,000+. Actual initial salary may be above or below the identified range and will be based on relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors consistent with applicable law. A full comprehensive benefit plan is provided and includes health care, retirement plan, parental leave, and short/long term disability.
