Le Volontariat International en Entreprise est un programme unique au monde sponsorise par le Ministere francais de l'Economie, des Finances et du Travail et qui permet a Airbus d'offrir a de jeunes professionnels la possibilite d'acquerir une experience remuneree et valorisante a l'etranger, dans un metier technique ou commercial.

Le programme VIE est un contrat specifique, en vertu des criteres d'eligibilite de Business France.

Principaux criteres d'exigibilite du VIE :

• Etre citoyen(ne) de l'Union Europeenne (plus Norvege, Islande et Liechtenstein), et candidat(e) diplome(e) age(e) de 28 ans maximum (une mission V.I.E peut debuter au plus tard le jour du vingt-neuvieme anniversaire)

• Avoir accompli les obligations militaires de son pays.

• Etre imperativement inscrit sur le site Mon Volontariat International avant les 28 ans

La duree d'un VIE est de 6 a 24 mois en fonction du lieu d'affectation.

Un poste sous contrat VIE en tant que Juriste est a pourvoir au sein d'Airbus Commercial Aircraft chez Airbus Americas Inc. a Herndon, Virginia, USA. Vous rejoindrez le departement Legal Affairs Commercial Operations & Finance.

Vous rejoindrez un departement avec des equipes hautement experimentees de juristes situes dans le monde entier, notamment en Europe, aux Etats-Unis et en Chine et au Canada, et leurs dirigeants et managers respectifs qui font de notre departement un lieu de travail incroyable! Missions et responsabilites :

Vous serez en charge des activites principales suivantes :

• Fournir des conseils juridiques lies aux aspects du droit des contrats

• Traiter un large eventail de problemes juridiques principalement dans les domaines des achats et des services apres-vente, tels que les reclamations, les negociations de contrats, l'analyse des risques juridiques

• Fournir un soutien corporate / droit des affaires (assister les avocats seniors dans la gestion des affaires juridiques liees a la creation, gouvernance et au developpement des entreprises, et accompagnement dans la gestion du portefeuille des filiales du groupe Airbus aux Etats-Unis)

• Effectuer des recherches juridiques dans les domaines du droit des contrats, du financement, du numerique, du droit des societes, du droit commercial etc.

Des deplacements professionnels sont a prevoir en Amerique du Nord ou en Europe et, de ce fait, vous devez etre dispose(e) a vous deplacer en consequence

Competences requises

Vous avez les experiences et les competences suivantes :

• Titulaire d'un diplome Master 2 dans le domaine de Droit des Affaires ou une discipline du droit apparentee.

• 1 a 2 ans d'experience en Droit des Affaires, conseil juridique en entreprise (apprentissages et stages compris)

• Outils informatiques basiques communement utilises en entreprise

En outre, vous etes en mesure de demontrer les competences suivantes :

• Vous avez de tres bonnes competences en communication et en presentation

• Vous avez de bonnes capacites d'analyse ; capacite a voir la situation dans son ensemble

• Vous aimez travailler avec differentes fonctions, nationalites et creer des solutions communes

• Vous avez un sens diplomatique et un esprit ouvert

• Vous etes capable de travailler dans un contexte international.

• Competences linguistiques: Niveau negotiation en anglais. Une deuxieme langue comme le francais serait un avantage.

The Volunteer for International Experience (VIE) is a unique international program sponsored by the French Ministries of Europe and Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Economy and Finance and the Ministry of Ecological Transition and Territorial Cohesion, open to Airbus to offer young professionals the opportunity to have valuable paid work experience abroad in a technical or business function.

The VIE is a specific contract, under Business France's eligibility criteria.

VIE Main Requirements:

• European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old (a V.I.E mission can begin no later than the day of the twenty-ninth birthday)

• Have fulfilled military obligations for their country, if any

• Must be registered on the Mon Volontariat International website before the age of 28

A VIE for a Lawyer has arisen within Airbus Commercial Aircraft in Airbus Americas, Inc. at Herndon, Virginia, USA. You will join the Legal Affairs Commercial Operations & Finance department. You will join a department with highly experienced teams of legal counsels located worldwide, notably in Europe, US, Canada and China, and their respective leaders and managers who make our department an incredible place to work! Tasks & accountabilities

You will assist and be supervised by a senior attorney

Your main tasks will include:

• Contract law support

• Support a wide range of topics relating to sales, procurement and after sales services, such as claims, contract negotiations, legal risks analysis

• Legal research regarding contract, insolvency, corporate and digital matters

• Support the teams on ethics and compliance matters

• Corporate / business law support (creation, management, governance of a portfolio of companies in North America)

This role may involve some travel for business in the USA, Canada and/or Europe and as such you must be able to travel accordingly.

Required skills

You have the following skills and experience:

• You have a Master's degree in law preferably business law

• You have international experience

• You are able to work in an international context

• IT toolssuch as G-suite, AI is a plus.

In addition you are capable to demonstrate the following skills:,

• You have very good communication and presentation skills

• You have good analytical skills; ability to see the bigger picture

• You like to work with different functions, nationalities and create joint solutions

• You have a diplomatic sense and an open mind-set

• Language skills : negotiation level of English. A second language like French would be a plus
