JOB SUMMARY: This position is responsible for supporting Salesforce users, delivering high-quality reporting and dashboards, and ensuring alignment between business teams and CRM capabilities. This role focuses on user experience, data integrity, reporting insights, and adoption, partnering closely with Sales, Learning, Technical Support, Inside Sales, and North American Market leadership to ensure Salesforce is intuitive, reliable, and actionable.
