Community Innov & Action Ctr Job Description
The Community Innovation and Action Center (CIAC) at the University of Missouri-St. Louis (UMSL), engages community partners to co-create knowledge, tools and connections in the St. Louis region and beyond. CIAC is dedicated to developing transparent, action-oriented infrastructure and analysis to answer questions that matter by elevating community expertise. The Community Data Analyst will work to expand, support, and execute data and evaluation projects for CIAC. The role will be primarily responsible for collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing data as well as communicating complex findings to varied audiences. CIAC's work is highly participatory by nature so the Community Data Analyst should be comfortable working with clients, community partners, community members, academic faculty, and staff to support systems change, learning, and deep inquiry across a range of policy topics. The Community Data Analyst will make substantial contributions to CIAC's growing, high-quality data and research portfolio that supports strong and thriving communities. This includes supporting a variety of applied data and applied research projects, locally, statewide and nationally. This role will analyze, prepare, and process data sets to be consumed for direct insights, visualization, statistical modeling, or other analytical exploration for internal and external clients.

Anticipated Hiring Range
Salary Range: $52,915.20 - $55,000.00 per year Application Materials
