As a Logistics Material Handler you'll perform warehouse and material handling activities to ensure customer orders, inventory, equipment, and facilities are managed in accordance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements. Key Responsibilities Receive, store, pick, check, and load materials per SOPs and MOPs. Complete system transactions to maintain accurate inventory records. Operate and maintain warehouse equipment, including forklifts and RF scanners. Follow all safety procedures and report hazards or issues promptly. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Meet performance standards to support production schedules and quality expectations. Participate in continuous improvement and support team objectives. Perform additional duties as assigned. Education & Experience High school diploma or GED preferred. Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience. Forklift certification required. Experience with RF scanners and warehouse systems. Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, JD Edwards). Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Knowledge of shipping and receiving processes. Strong safety awareness and compliance mindset. Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Ability to operate warehouse equipment with a positive attitude. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply. Compensation Range: $20.40 - $37.80 Per Hour Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
