Senior* Membership Relationship Advisor* Location: San Ramon, CA, 94583 Start Date: April 13th Pay Rate: $31/hr (paid weekly) About the Role The Senior Membership Relationship Advisor plays a key role in delivering exceptional, relationshipbased service to members while performing advanced branch banking functions. This position is ideal for a customerfocused professional who enjoys helping individuals improve their financial wellbeing through personalized guidance, lending support, and modern digital banking solutions. In this role, you will build trusted relationships, assess member needs, recommend appropriate financial products, and support branch growth through proactive outreach and community engagement. You'll also serve as a resource for peers and assist with branch operations and events as needed. What You'll Do * Deliver a consistent, exceptional member experience during every interaction-both in person and through digital channels * Conduct member needs assessments and recommend appropriate financial products and services * Advise members on savings strategies, debt management, credit building, lending options, and digital banking tools * Accurately process cash and check transactions while adhering to policies, procedures, and fraudprevention controls * Assist members with consumer loan applications, including document review and credit history gathering * Support member outreach efforts, business development events, and community initiatives * Handle more complex transactions and serve as a support resource for other branch team members * Assist with branch tasks and operational needs as assigned by management Required Skills & Qualifications * Strong customer service orientation with a passion for helping others * Proven conflict resolution and problemsolving skills * Experience with Microsoft Office and accurate data entry * Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective member support * High attention to detail and commitment to operational accuracy and compliance * Comfort working in a memberfacing, branch environment Nice to Have * Experience assisting with consumer lending or loan applications * Background in financial services, banking, or credit union environments * Experience supporting outreach or community engagement events Work Environment * Branchbased, memberfacing role * Extensive computer use (up to 8 hours per day) * Frequent interaction via phone and digital platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.) * Occasional lifting, pushing, or carrying up to 20 pounds * Collaborative team environment with crossfunctional partners Why This Role Matters * Improves member financial wellbeing through tailored product and service recommendations * Drives branch growth through proactive outreach, referrals, and business development events * Ensures operational accuracy, compliance, and fraud prevention * Strengthens longterm member loyalty and trust Employee Value Proposition (EVP) This is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships while making a real impact on members' financial health.
