The Market and Federal Compliance organization provides functional area compliance oversight, support and monitoring for processes, procedures and controls intended to ensure compliance with the California Independent System Operator (CAISO), the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), and the North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) regulatory requirements, standards, tariffs, and agreements. These compliance areas include:
Position Summary The Electric Compliance Intern will partner with members of the Market and Federal Compliance team to provide functional area assistance on CAISO Asset Maintenance Review (AMR) activities, FERC T-Line Licensing Pre-Application Document (PAD) review, FERC Wholesale Distribution Tariff (WDT) analysis, and Guidance Documentation. This assistance specifically includes the following:
PG&E is providing the hourly rate range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual hourly rate paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity.
