Description MaineHealth CorporateProfessional - Nonclinical Summary: The Patient Facilitated Services Director is responsible foroptimizingpatient access and coordination on behalf of Philanthropy across thesystem. This role ensures thatphilanthropy contacts have a single point of contact tofacilitatetimely, efficient, and compassionate support throughout their care journey. This role will lead program strategy, design operational workflows, manage schedulinglogistics, and serve as a key liaison between colleagues, community members, providers, administrativeteamsand executive leadership.
