Description MaineHealth Behavioral HealthManagement/Leadership Position Summary TheDirector of Residential Services isa key senior leadership position responsible for the clinical, operational, and administrative oversight of residential behavioral health programs. This role ensures that individuals served receive the appropriatelevel ofresidential care, delivered with excellence, safety, and efficiency. The Director of Residential Services ensures programsoperatein full compliance with regulatory, licensing, and accreditation requirements; adhere toestablishedbudgets; and remain aligned with the organization's mission and Core Values. The position provides strategic and operational leadership to ensure effective coordination of residential services across the continuum of care, supportingtimelyadmissions, transitions, and discharge planning. The Directormaintainsboth clinical and administrative integrity of residential programs, oversees patient flow and capacity management, and serves as a primary liaison with internal partners, external providers, and state behavioral health agencies.
