Allient Milwaukee \| TCI is a growing company. We are expanding our building yet again after another record breaking year! Please note: this position requires in person part time work during the school semester and offers full time over winter break and in the summer at our location in Germantown, WI. We are adding to our HR Team. Our Internship offers real-world exposure to Human Resources in a dynamic manufacturing environment, giving you the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects from day one and develop a strong foundation of HR practices. Over the course of your internship you will get hands on experience in HR responsibilities and career-ready skills. How you will contribute: * Support recruiting and onboarding processes for hourly and salaried positions. * Assist in HR compliance, policy administration, and recordkeeping * Assist in administering time and attendance policies * Gather onboarding feedback from new employees and share with stakeholders to improve the onboarding experience. * Collaborate with the team to research, plan, and coordinate employee relations activities such as social events.
