SAP Implementation Process Lead - Procure to Pay

As SAP Implementation Process Lead - PTP you are responsible for delivering all project outcomes within the Procure to Pay workstream. Key process areas in the workstream are raw material planning, direct/indirect procurement, managing e-Pro integration, and sub-contracting. You work with other Implementation Process Leads, SAP COE organization, business procurement, Global Process Excellence, as well as other functions.

You are also responsible for all S4H deployment-related activities within their workstream, including guiding design workshops, fit/gap analyses, validating solution design, managing testing and training, planning cutover and execution, and assuring successful go-live with solid hyper care support. This role reports to the SAP Implementation Workstream Leader and is based out of the Pittsburgh Corporate office.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end SAP implementation for sourcing, pricing, and operational planning and purchasing.
  • Work with e-Pro Project Manager to ensure ongoing alignment.
  • Participate in SIT, UAT, deployment, and hyper care for the implementation
  • Coordinate with other PPG teams to meet the project goals for procurement.
  • Manage risks, issues, and changes within the process area to ensure project success.
  • Own and lead demand planning discussions to drive a successful S4H implementation.
  • Ensure adherence to SAP best practices, methodologies and Global Template.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance or related field required. Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in procure to pay process with at least 5 years of experience in SAP implementation preferred.
  • PPG experience highly preferred but not required.
  • Experience with e-Pro is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to guide teams through new systems, process adoptions and providing training, and experience with SAP, Oracle, Ariba, or similar Procure to Pay tools.
  • Strong knowledge of purchasing, purchase info record, source list, requisitions, purchase order management, receiving, invoice processing, and payments.
  • Collaborative team player who actively listens and integrates diverse perspectives to enhance solution quality and effectiveness.
  • Consistently meets program and workstream objectives by aligning efforts with defined goals and timelines.
