We're seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead a high-visibility collaboration program supporting a DoD customer. This initiative is focused on enabling secure information sharing between U.S. military and international coalition partners. This is an opportunity to step into a strategic leadership role where you'll drive execution, influence senior stakeholders, and shape the future of secure collaboration across complex environments. Responsibilities Include: Lead the program roadmap and execution for a large, complex DoD collaboration platform Lead and synchronize cross-functional engineering teams and stakeholders Partner with senior government leadership to align priorities, strategy, and outcomes Drive delivery by managing milestones, risks, and performance metrics Ensure successful implementation of secure, scalable collaboration capabilities supporting coalition operations Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree 10+ years of DoD program management experience, leading large or complex efforts Proven ability to work directly with government stakeholders and senior leadership Active Secret clearance (with ability to obtain Top Secret) Preferred Qualifications: Experience supporting DISA or enterprise-level DoD environments PMP, Agile, or similar certifications Familiarity with DevSecOps practices and modern delivery frameworks Compensation: $160,000+ At AGE Solutions, we reward performance, invest in growth, and share success.
