As the Training & Development Manager, located at the Mount Pleasant, PA site, you'll guide the strategy, design, and deployment of training programs that elevate performance, strengthen capability, and accelerate operational excellence across multiple manufacturing locations. You will lead the Lean Academy curriculum, champion Structured OntheJob Training, and partner with leaders across Operations, HSE, Quality, HR, and technical functions to deliver development solutions that directly influence safety, quality, and productivity outcomes. In this role, you'll impact the full employee lifecycle-from onboarding to advanced technical capability-building to leadership development-ensuring every team member has the tools, training, and confidence to succeed. You'll serve as a strategic advisor, a hands-on architect, and a trusted coach, bringing expertise in instructional design, adult learning, and training program management to a complex, fast-paced, and highly collaborative environment.
