Summary

The ABC Medical Territory Manager implements strategic selling initiatives with key business partners in the Urology market. This is a field-based position which focuses on establishing and building relationships with key urology accounts that will result in increased sales to meet or exceed sales goals. All candidates must reside within the Maimi/Lauderdale area. This position covers areas in the following regions: Miami/Fort Lauderdale, Florida

Responsibilities

* Meet or exceed urology sales targets


* Possess and effectively communicate service and product knowledge


* Effectively create customer needs assessment and respective solution


* Effectively manage relationships with key stakeholders (Urologists, Nurses, Medical Assistants) within targeted urology and rehab accounts


* Effectively interact with advanced urology practice clinicians (Urologists, Nurses)


* Effectively penetrate urology call points with service and product


* Maintain and increase penetration in existing accounts


* Effective territory and account planning; appropriately allocate time between service and product


* Complete all administrative duties in an accurate and timely manner

Education & Work Preferences

  • Bachelor's degree required or relevant work experience acceptable in lieu of degree.
  • At least 2 years of outside sales experience required; outside sales experience in the Healthcare Industry preferred.
  • Demonstrated Sales Traits: Competitive, Tenacious, Fearless, Passionate and Intelligent
  • Experience with SalesForce.com
  • Ability to travel - including overnight (25%of the time) and weekends
  • Ability to communicate verbally and through electronic media
  • Ability to work within a team
  • Ability to analyze sales reports and data to develop business plans
  • Create effective strategies to increase sales and meet sales forecasts within the territory
  • Operate under compliance guidelines associated with being in a healthcare environment.

  • The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000.The actual salary varies based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, abilities, and other legitimate business factors.
  • This position is also eligible to participate in the ABC Medical Sales Bonus Plan.
  • The Company's health and welfare benefits include medical, prescription, dental, vision, spending/savings accounts, disability, company paid parental leaves, statutory leaves/disability programs, accident, and life.
