This position will be responsible for leading all data-related activities within the Americas in the areas of data management, conversion, and quality. The America's Data Lead will participate and lead the profiling, analysis, cleansing, mapping, transformation, and validation of data extracted from various systems for loading into ERP's and/or related applications. Responsibilities include working with functional and business teams to define data strategies, and leading the team to complete source-to-target mapping, develop and test conversion logic, and execute conversion related processes. This position will be a key leader in Air Liquide's global ERP consolidation program (ALign) to work with the business and IT leadership teams to execute per program timelines, develop data-related processes, and define an end-state governance organization.
