About This Role
Perform tests on various analytes such as serum, whole blood, plasma, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), and milk using agar gen immunodiffusion (AGID), ELISA, indirect fluorescent antibody (IFA), agglutination, radial immunodiffusion (RID), and SNAP, to detect antibodies and enter results into LIMS and other database systems in the lab. Setup, adjust, maintain, and clean laboratory equipment and maintain the quality system through document reviews as well as corrective action responses and ensuring the quality of the test results. The person in this position would also be assisting with training the undergraduate student help in the lab. Worksite Description This position is On-site. All employees must reside in the United States when they begin working to comply with state law. K-State is unable to provide remote or hybrid work opportunities for residents of the state of Idaho.
