About This Role
The Department of Mathematics at Kansas State University invites applications for a Visiting Assistant Professor to begin Fall 2026. The term of appointment is one academic year, potentially renewable, subject to job performance and budgetary constraints. Applicants should have completed their Ph.D. in mathematics or a related area by Summer 2026 and should already have authorization to work in the United States before the start of employment. About Us The Mathematics Department at K-State integrates research, education, and outreach. We offer graduate and undergraduate degrees and certificates. The bachelor's degrees include tracks in pure, applied, and actuarial mathematics. Worksite Description This position is On-site. All employees must reside in the United States when they begin working to comply with state law. K-State is unable to provide remote or hybrid work opportunities for residents of the state of Idaho.
