As a Coding Quality Specialist 3 supporting Neurosurgery Professional Billing, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity of complex clinical documentation and coding for one of healthcare's most specialized service lines. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for an experienced coding professional with advanced Neurosurgery expertise who enjoys complex case review, problem-solving, and maintaining the highest standards of coding quality. You'll work independently while partnering with providers and colleagues to support compliant, accurate reimbursement and operational excellence across a nationally recognized health system. The Role As a Coding Quality Specialist 3, you will serve as a subject matter expert in professional fee coding for Neurosurgery, applying advanced coding knowledge to highly complex surgical, procedural, and Evaluation & Management services.
