Shift: Monday - Thursday | 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM + Fridays + 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Here's what we're looking for.

• 1 year of purchasing experience, coupled with a background in administrative roles, customer service, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• exceptional decision-making, communication, and time-management skills.
• May need to lift 15 lbs.

Responsibilities:

• Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval before payment.
• Sort and distribute incoming mail and prioritize invoices according to cash discount potential and payment terms.
• Audit credit card reports and match invoices to checks, obtain all signatures for checks, and distribute checks accordingly.
• W-9 and 1099 maintenance and respond to all vendor inquiries.
• Reconcile vendor statements, research, and correct discrepancies, and assist in month-end closing.
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices.
