Opportunity Overview:

Logistics Coordinator, Solar projects based in on construction site for duration of project Cottle County or Knox County, TX. Per die. This is a 1-year contract assignment.(W-2) You will report all modules, battery, and inverters as you deliver them to their specific site. You will be an important part in quality control, maintaining and scheduling 3rd party logistics carriers, foster and maintaining relationships with our vendors, construction contractors (EPCs), and other partners. You will be responsible for daily and weekly reporting responsibilities, overseeing safety within your work area and around site.

You will be the owner rep for the client. You manage the daily operations relating to specific owner-supplied material such as, solar modules, batteries, and power inverters for an assigned project.

Main responsibilities include maintaining site safety standards, overseeing quality control, supporting schedule adherence, and encouraging and collaboration with vendors, EPC partners, and other team members. Other responsibility requires and accurate daily and weekly reporting to the site team and internal partners, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project life-cycle.

Reports To: Construction Manager Solar, Engineering and Construction. Must have Construction and Material background or 2-3 years similar experience

Your Day-to-Day:




  • Record all Module, Inverter, and Battery deliveries per vendor and upload into Unifier and Daily Tracker daily.
  • Meet with drivers to Collect the Bill of Lading (BOL) from drivers: Sign, date, and upload into Unifier daily.
  • Use multiple reporting platforms daily.
  • Unifier Uploads and Daily Tracker (DT)
  • Logistics Coordinator Weekly Report
  • Identify potential changes in delivery schedules, offload workflow, and staffing issues due to weather, equipment, and other delays.



Responsibilities



  • Manage multiple phases of the logistics position.
  • Module, Inverter, and Battery Delivery
  • CSV Uploads, Unifier Uploads, Daily Tracker (DT)
  • Record all Module, Inverter, and Battery deliveries per vendor and upload them into Unifier and Daily Tracker on a daily basis.
  • Meet with drivers to Collect the Bill of Lading (BOL) from drivers: Sign, date, and upload into Unifier daily.
  • Logistics Coordinator Weekly Report, Use multiple reporting platforms daily.
  • Identify potential changes in delivery schedules, offload workflow, and staffing issues due to weather, equipment, and other delays.
  • Error Report Reconciliation with ISC
  • BOL Uploads, with pictures supporting delivery and damages on site
  • Damaged Modules/Damage Validation and Warranty Claims (if applicable).
  • Recycle Efforts - Quotes and Coordinating Recycle Pick up
  • Interdepartmental Communication - ISC, EPC, Site Team, SMC, PM, and RM.
  • Share safe off-load and recovery plan and site delivery rules
  • Maintain safety standards and PPE compliance
  • Submit weekly Logistics Reports
  • Follow and ensure site team understand SOP's.



Who You Are:



  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience
  • 2+ years knowledge of Unifier or other Reporting Systems.
  • Experience as a Team Lead, managing others; work with teams typically up to 5

We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $55.00/hr. to $60.00/hr.
