GENERAL FUNCTION

The Alliance Marketing Manager is responsible for leading marketing efforts across multiple alliance channels to support and elevate EssilorLuxottica business performance. This role develops and executes strategic marketing and communication plans aligned to annual objectives, working in close partnership with internal commercial, product (lens and frame), and ancillary business teams. The Marketing Manager owns alliance-specific marketing initiatives - including events, communications, and cross-functional coordination - and manages associated budget line items. This position plays a critical role in ensuring EssilorLuxottica delivers a cohesive, high-impact presence to alliance partners, customers, and field teams.

This role reports to the Sr. Director of Commercial Programs and collaborates closely with alliance leadership, commercial partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Develop and execute alliance-specific marketing plans aligned to overall business and commercial strategy
  • Lead marketing efforts across multiple alliance channels, including owned and unownedalliances,includingcommunications,eventsand ongoing engagement initiatives
  • Partner cross-functionally with lens, frame, and ancillary business teams to ensurestrategiesare aligned to organization strategic initiatives anda coordinated presence across alliance touchpoints
  • Serve as the primary marketing liaison for assigned alliances, ensuring alignment of messaging, priorities, and execution
  • Support sales performance byidentifyingopportunities to enhance marketing impact and collaborating with commercial teams on promotional initiatives
  • Develop comprehensive communication plans to elevateEssilorLuxotticaproducts, services, and innovations within alliance networks
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing presence at key alliance events
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors/agencies to deliver high-quality event activations
  • Build and deliver presentations to support alliance meetings and speaking opportunities
  • Manage alliance marketing budget line items by initiative; trackspendand ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Manage external vendors, agencies, and freelance partners to deliver creative, production, and event support
  • Analyze program performance and translate insights into recommendations for optimization


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS



  • Bachelor's degreein Marketing or related field required
  • 5+ years of marketing, brand, or channel marketing experience
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects across multiple stakeholders
  • Strong ability to influence without direct authority
  • Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into executable marketing plans
  • Experience managing budgets at the initiative or program level
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Experience in theopticalindustry
  • Experience working with external vendors, agencies, or freelance creative partners
  • Event marketing or alliance/channel marketing experience
