Position summary: The Vice President, Product Management - Commercial Banking is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and execution of key banking products across commercial segments. This role partners closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to translate customer needs, market insights, and business strategy into scalable, compliant, and profitable banking solutions. This position plays a critical role in shaping product roadmaps, driving execution excellence, and serving as a key stakeholder liaison across technology, operations, risk, compliance, sales, and customer experience. Potential Salary: $140k - $170k annually This salary range reflects base wages and does not include benefits, bonus, or incentive pay. Salary bands are purposefully wide ranging to encompass the different factors considered in determining where a candidate falls in the range, including but not limited to, seniority, performance, experience, education, and any other legitimate, non-discriminatory factor permitted by law.
