MTSI is seeking an
MS&A Engineer SMEwithexpertisein
high-fidelity Modeling, Simulation, and Analysis (MS&A)and advanced tools such as
AFSIMto deliver benchmarking results andoptimizemission-critical systems across multi-domain environments. This role combines data-driven systems analysis, algorithm development, and simulation validation to enhance decision-making and operational performance for national security programs.
The ideal candidate is a systems engineer and analyst with hands-on experience designing, developing, and integrating MS&A models to support lifecycle planning, predictive analytics, and mission validation usingstate-of-the-artsimulation environments.
