Aquent is partnering with a global technology leader to identify a senior User Experience Designer to support the design of high-impact internal experimentation and tooling platforms. These applications are used by tens of thousands of internal users and play a critical role in shaping key business decisions.

This is a high-visibility engagement where you will operate as the sole UX Designer on a collaborative team, leading end-to-end workflow design and defining a unified product vision across multiple stakeholders.

About the Role:

In this role, you will lead UX/UI design for complex internal web applications. You will translate diverse stakeholder requirements into scalable, intuitive solutions while defining both a long-term "north-star" experience and a phased roadmap for iterative delivery.

This position requires strong ownership, systems thinking, and the ability to influence technical partners while maintaining a high bar for craft and usability.

What You'll Do:



  • Lead UX/UI design for high-stakes internal tooling used by tens of thousands of users
  • Own entire workflows and application-level experiences from concept through delivery
  • Translate complex, multi-stakeholder requirements into a unified, functional product vision
  • Define a north-star experience and build a prioritized, phased execution plan
  • Write high-quality UX copy to support usability and clarity
  • Deliver clean, web-ready designs within established design systems
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced, agile environment,
  • Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership to align on design direction


Must-Have Qualifications:



  • 7+ years of experience delivering interaction design solutions for web and/or software applications
  • Proven ownership of full workflows or applications, including large-scale conceptual initiatives
  • 5-7+ years of hands-on Figma experience
  • Demonstrated ability to write clear, high-quality UX copy
  • Experience designing user interfaces that integrate Artificial Intelligence (at least one project)
  • Strong understanding of web-based information architecture and usability principles
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Online portfolio required upon submission


Nice-to-Have Qualifications:



  • Experience working with large datasets and statistical concepts
  • Experience designing enterprise or experimentation platforms
  • JavaScript knowledge (nice to have)
