Your meticulous eye for detail and organizational prowess will be crucial in ensuring a seamless flow of creative projects, playing a vital role in bringing stunning visual concepts to life.

As a key contributor to the creative studio and visual merchandising team, you will ensure the smooth daily operations that underpin all creative endeavors. You will be instrumental in managing essential product samples, maintaining an organized and efficient studio environment, and providing critical administrative support. Your work will directly enable the creative and merchandising teams to deliver impactful visual experiences that resonate with customers and elevate the brand.

**What you'll do:**

* Manage and meticulously organize seasonal product samples, making them readily available for creative studio and visual merchandising initiatives.

* Track sample arrivals, maintain precise records, and proactively communicate any delays or issues to relevant teams.

* Assemble and maintain sample racks and closets, ensuring optimal accessibility and organization for all team members.

* Support the preparation of studio sets, contributing to overall studio cleanliness and operational efficiency.

* Assist with various seasonal projects and coordinate sample donations in close collaboration with the visual merchandising team.

* Prioritize and effectively manage tasks to consistently meet deadlines and support overarching team goals.

* Support studio photography efforts, contributing to the visual documentation of products.

**What you'll bring:**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Strong organizational and planning skills, coupled with a proactive and detail-oriented mindset.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective collaboration.

* Proficiency in Excel and email, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.

* Demonstrated ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

* A strong sense of accountability and exceptional attention to detail, particularly regarding data accuracy.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* 1-2 years of experience in retail, studio operations, or sample management.
