A Brief Overview: The Operations Analyst role provides hands-on operational assistance to Endeavor Health Medical Group front desk and patient access teams, partnering closely with the Medical Group Patient Access / Front-End Operations Manager. This position supports the consistent application of workflows, troubleshooting of EMR and point-of-service processes, staff training and education, and day-to-day operational needs. By ensuring accurate patient registration, point-of-service collections, scheduling, and billing-related workflows, this role contributes directly to the revenue cycle, helping to optimize operational efficiency and financial outcomes for the medical group. The role also assists with reporting, account management, and administrative responsibilities to ensure front desk teams have the resources, tools, and guidance they need to deliver efficient, accurate, and high-quality patient experiences.
