Hourly Pay Range: $17.00 - $25.50 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

Position: Locker Room Attendant Location: Seven Bridges Fitness Center - Woodridge, IL Full time, 30 weekly hours Hours: Monday-Wednesday 2p-10p & Fridays 2p-8p Required Travel: none
A Brief Summary: According to established procedures, cleans and maintains fitness center building areas. Assists in miscellaneous duties with other departments as needed. Performs a variety of light cleaning duties in order to maintain orderly and sanitary conditions. What you will do:
Follows pre-established work schedules as assigned. Cleans locker room, does laundry, folds and replenishes club-provided towels. Obtains cleaning equipment and supplies such as mops, buckets, vacuum cleaner, rags, disinfectants and the like from designated areas following established procedures. Dries and wet mops locker rooms and designated floor areas. Gathers refuse from various facility locations and transports same in hand pushed cart to compactor or bin. Moves furniture and equipment by use of hand carts or dollies. Prepares rooms for meetings, conferences and the like. Receives and distributes deliveries. Inventories supplies. Performs related service tasks such as cleaning spills, washing windows, mirrors and other surfaces as needed. Supports fitness center activity as determined by a variety of management staff (supervisors, Manager on Duty, operation manager, director)
What you will need:
Requires the ability to communicate in both verbal and written manners, to exchange information with staff and members, and do basic arithmetic. Must maintain professional appearance and wear approved uniform provided by fitness center. No previous experience required. Current CPR Certification issued by either American Heart Association required within 90 days of employment. A basic level of analytical ability is required in order to read and understand simple instructions, enter data into logs, charts, and records, maintain files, and the like. A basic level of communication skills is required in order to exchange information on factual matters, understand and transmit instructions, and perform other duties that require basic communications skills.
