You'll Support Meaningful Work By: Leading global internal and executive communication strategies. Aligning messaging with business purpose, values, brand, and strategy. Creating compelling employee experiences through digital tools and events. Providing strategic counsel to senior leaders. Partnering with HR, Marketing, and IT on integrated messaging. Measuring communication effectiveness for continuous improvement. Managing a high-performing team and external partners. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred). Extensive experience in Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or Branding. Experience designing and executing communication strategies and creating employee engagement communications. Ability to measure communication effectiveness. Strong cross-functional leadership skills. Desired Skills and Experience: Strategic communication expertise. Ability to create employee engagement experiences. Skilled in measuring communication effectiveness. Strong cross-functional leadership. Proven ability to lead and influence teams.
