As a Barista/Cashier at Palmetto Market, you will be the welcoming face of our cafe and retail market-preparing handcrafted beverages, providing efficient cashier service, and ensuring every guest interaction is warm, friendly, and seamless.

This role is perfect for an energetic, service-focused individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional hospitality.

Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and light food items according to established recipes and presentation standards

• Provide accurate and efficient cashier service, including processing payments and handling cash responsibly

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe, service areas, and retail displays

• Restock food, beverages, and retail merchandise to ensure an appealing and well-supplied market

• Deliver friendly, attentive guest service while answering questions and offering recommendations

• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and Omni brand standards

• Previous barista, cafe, retail, or food service experience preferred

• Strong guest service, communication, and multitasking skills

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

• Basic math and cash-handling accuracy

• Flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays
