About this opportunity Ericsson Smart Factory Inc. seeks a HW Make Support (SMA Process Engineer) in Lewisville, TX; Hybrid work policy w/in commuting distance, who will serve to oversee the operation, maintenance, programming, and optimization of advanced Surface Mount Technology (SMT) manufacturing equipment in a high-volume production environment. What you will do: Optimize current SMT processes to improve efficiency, yield and quality. Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve SMT process related issues. Work together with IT department to develop data analytic tools to monitor SMT process. Monitor and analyze SMT process data to identify trends in the process. Evaluate and select appropriate tools and equipment to SMT process to secure Ericsson's technology leadership in SMT production technology. Provide technical support and training to production operators. Write and maintain process documentation. Ensure that Ericsson SMT production is compliant with industry and Ericsson internal standards. Cooperate with other SMT engineers from other Ericsson factories to implement global SMT solutions. Train and mentor new freshly joined engineering team members. Hybrid work policy w/in commuting distance. You will bring: Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering Physics, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field and 3 years of experience in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) Process Engineering, SMT Equipment Engineering, or Electronics Manufacturing Engineering. 3 years of experience to include:

Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.
