What You'll Do

  • Serve as a trusted IT&D partner to regional business and DC leadership, owning the engagement model from intake through delivery
  • Translate complex business needs into clear technology requirements and prioritized initiatives

  • Drive alignment across stakeholders, ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business value
  • Support and influence regional adoption of enterprise platforms and digital capabilities
  • Champion continuous improvement, standardization, and scalable solutions across the region
  • New Customer onboarding (Tech & Digital Set-up)

What Sets You Apart

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, engineering, supply chain, or related field; master's degree preferred.
  • Eight or more years of progressive experience in IT, supply chain technology, or digital operations roles at large-scale or complex organizations.
  • Five or more years of experience focused on logistics, fulfillment, distribution center operations, or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong experience partnering with business and operations leaders in a complex, fastmoving environment
  • Ability to connect strategy to execution and influence without authority
  • Comfort operating at the intersection of technology, supply chain, and operations
  • A proactive, ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
