Position Title: Grinder

Grinder Responsibilities: - Set up and use grinders and superfinishing machinery to complete customer orders - Perform final inspections to ensure there are no defects in the customer's orders - Identify condition of the die, properly disassemble it, and prepare for sharpening - Manually grind and polish dies consistently without compromising the cutting edge - Assist in customer problems, complaints, and questions upon request - Follow company work and safety rules established by the company - Perform preventative maintenance on machines - Change stones and coolants as required - Maintain a proper inventory of supply items Requirements for Grinder: - High School Diploma or GED - Ability to work independently, with little supervision - Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly - Professional communication skills - Ability to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, stoop, and use hands and fingers to handle equipment and materials - Ability to operate in high speed and fast-paced environment appletonresumes@qpsemployment.com IND042 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
